beamerouterthemeUMBC.sty: add a comment about the frame count.

Simplify the footer template.

beamerthemeUMBC.sty: allow partless sections.

Sometimes having a full Part : Section hierarchy is too much. We can
now use only sections, and the part titles (and the colon separators)
will be gracefully omitted.

beamerinnerthemeUMBC.sty: no line break after "Proof."

There's no automatic line break after "Theorem.", "Lemmas.", etc.,
these days, but there is still one (with the wrong spacing!) after
"Proof."  Here we override the beamer template to make "Proof." work
like the others.

Extend the default "footline" template with a custom "footextra".

Add a new "refsframe" environment to fix bibliography whitespace/titling.

Add a new "parsecframe" environment with automatic "part: section" titling.

Add a slide introductiong new sections by default.

Add a README (sort of) explaining how to use this thing.

Include the UMBC logo in the theme.

Make bibliography entries tiny.
