beamerthememjo.sty: use a better color for links

beamerthememjo.sty: color links by default, and use a sane color

beamer{outer,}thememjo.sty: disable section hyperlinks

These aren't very useful, and they mess up the font color if you
enable color for hyperlinks.

GNUmakefile: use a build directory

The corresponding change to mjotex was made a while ago.

GNUmakefile: drop no-op INDICES test

beamer{inner,outer}thememjo.sty: use \parskip for \vskip...\par

beamerinnerthememjo.sty: leave a comment about footnotes/footline

They look too close.

beamerinnerthememjo.sty: add a footnote template

The indentation in the default is ugly when a footnote spans multiple
lines.

beamerthememjo.sty: automatically generate subsection intros

beamerfontthememjo.sty: add a dedicated "subsection" intro font

example.tex: rename to beamer-mjo-example.tex

This avoids having "example" in your LaTeX path and unbreaks e.g. the
build process for example.tex in my references database.

COPYING,LICENSE: add 'em (AGPL-3.0+)

Eliminate "partsecframe" in favor of a "headline" that does that.

Fix main font color and use italics for "proof."

Sometimes having a full Part : Section hierarchy is too much. We can
now use only sections, and the part titles (and the colon separators)
will be gracefully omitted.

beamerinnerthemeUMBC.sty: no line break after "Proof."

There's no automatic line break after "Theorem.", "Lemmas.", etc.,
these days, but there is still one (with the wrong spacing!) after
"Proof."  Here we override the beamer template to make "Proof." work
like the others.

Extend the default "footline" template with a custom "footextra".

Add a new "refsframe" environment to fix bibliography whitespace/titling.

Add a new "parsecframe" environment with automatic "part: section" titling.

Add a slide introductiong new sections by default.

Add a README (sort of) explaining how to use this thing.

Include the UMBC logo in the theme.

Make bibliography entries tiny.
